Days With Janis is a private, personal website created as a birthday gift. It is not a commercial service.
We collect names, optional email addresses, and written messages voluntarily submitted by invited participants. We also store participants' phone numbers solely so the site owner can send them occasional reminders.
Submitted messages and illustrations are displayed privately to the gift recipient. The recipient is alerted to new moments via web push notifications, which they opt into on their own device. We do not send marketing messages.
The recipient may opt in to receive push notifications on their device when a new moment is available. Notifications can be turned off at any time in the device's notification settings, or by removing the app from the home screen.
We do not sell, share, or distribute any personal information to third parties. Data is stored on Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL) infrastructure.
